Ownership of our intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in and to this website and everything published on it are owned by Global Screen Limited or licensed to us by their respective owners. This includes, without limitation:

  • the names Fritschi House and Fritschi Label, and any logo, wordmark, crest or device used to identify them, including the crossed-racket crest;
  • all embroidery artwork, badges, labels, patterns and garment graphics applied to our products;
  • all photography, film, illustrations, artwork and audio published on this website or on our social media channels;
  • all text, product descriptions, editorial copy and policy documents;
  • the design, layout, structure, look and feel of this website, together with any underlying code, styling and compiled assets owned by us.

These materials are protected by copyright, trade mark, design right and other intellectual property laws in Hong Kong and internationally. Nothing on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of them.

What you may do

You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material and you keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

What you may not do

Without our prior written permission you may not:

  • reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, rent, licence or sub-licence any material from this website;
  • use any of our images, film or copy in advertising, on another website, in a marketplace listing or in any printed material;

Third-party rights

We respect the intellectual property of others and we do not sell counterfeit goods or goods that infringe the rights of any third party. Every product offered on this website is designed by us and produced for us, or is otherwise lawfully supplied to us.

Product names, trade marks and images belonging to third parties which may appear on this website, for example in editorial or historical context, remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, Fritschi House.

Reporting an infringement

If you believe that any material on this website infringes a copyright, trade mark or other right that you own or are authorised to act for, please contact us at samuel@fritschilabel.com with the following:

  • your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  • identification of the right you say has been infringed, and evidence of your ownership of it or of your authority to act;
  • the exact location on this website of the material you say is infringing, by URL;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate.

We investigate every notice we receive and will remove or disable access to material that is found to infringe. We aim to acknowledge notices within five business days.
