Refund policy

This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed with Global Screen Limited, trading as Fritschi

Eligibility

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

Exchange options

Size exchanges: If you need a different size, an exchange will be offered only if the requested size is still available. Volume I is produced in a fixed run and is not restocked, so we cannot guarantee availability. If the size you want is gone, we will refund you instead.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, write to us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full, and we carry the return shipping cost.

How to initiate a return or exchange

Email samuel@fritschilabel.com with your order number and tell us whether you want a return or an exchange. We reply within one business day and confirm your return before you send anything.

Returns are accepted only after we have confirmed them by email. Once confirmed, send the parcel to:

Parcels sent without prior confirmation cannot be matched to an order and may be refused. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage until the refund has been issued.

How your refund is paid

Approved refunds are credited to the original method of payment used at checkout. We do not refund to a different card, account or person, and we do not refund in cash.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we issue the refund within five business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further five to ten business days for the money to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, except where the item is faulty or where we sent the wrong item. In those cases we cover the cost of return.

Original outbound shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault on our side.

Additional information

Numbered pieces, such as the Founder’s Short, carry an edition number applied during production. They are not made to your individual specification and therefore carry exactly the same return rights as everything else we sell.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the item has been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or where it is returned outside the 14-day window.
